Nómades provides a level of comfort and services for the most demanding guests. Each room is a reflection of the magnitude of the surroundings, with ample room to stretch out and rest. Each room has a comfortable table with river views as well as ample bench space designed so that, independently from room service, every guest feels at home with all the ingredients necessary to brew a good cup of tea or coffee. By all standards, the rooms are actual suites. The warmth of the decoration is reminiscent of the original Tehuelche Indian nomadic dwellers, combined with the solid building style, featuring stone and timber, which together with the personalized attention, mark the distinctive seal of our Nómades Boutique Hotel.

Each floor features furniture and ambience encouraging relaxation, reading, listening to music or simply resting. The bar harmonizes with an adjacent restful corner, full river views and an open balcony. In the living area as well as several quiet corners of the hotel, guests will find soft leather sofas and comfortable armchairs, inviting you to relax and simply enjoy being in Patagonia.

VAT tax exemption

Rates do not include VAT tax. Non-residents in Chile are exempt from VAT payment. Payment must be in US dollars and provide copy of passport and entry ticket to Chile issued by international police. Chilean or foreign residents or domiciled in Chile must add 19% VAT to the rate. This according to decree Law 825

General Terms and Conditions

  • Check in from 15:00 hrs.  

  • Check out before 11:00 hrs.

  • High Season: 15 November to 14 March

  • Low season: 15 March to 14 November

Reservations

Group reservations: Any reservation of more than 2 rooms is considered a group. Splitting group reservations not allowed group conditions would apply.

  • Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit payment.

  • Remaining balance paid at least 45 days before arrival date.

Regular reservations: 1 or 2 rooms. Splitting group reservations is not allowed, group conditions will apply.

  • Reservations confirmed with 50% deposit payment.

  • Remaining balance paid at least 30 days before arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Regular reservations: Free of charge more than 30 days before arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to your arrival, 100% of your total reservation will be charged.

  • Group Reservations: Free of charge for cancellations more than 45 days before your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days before your arrival date, 100% of your total reservation will be charged.

Inclusions

  • Included: Room with private bathroom, buffet breakfast, mountain views, parking in the hotel according to space availability, toiletries, Wi-Fi in all areas of the hotel, flat screen TV, cable channels, central heating, room safe.

  • Not included: Transfers, meals except breakfast, room service, laundry service ( available for extra charge), long distance calls, gratuities, alcoholic drinks, non-alcoholic beverages, and any other items not specifically mentioned as included.
